The author tried to lose weight the usual diet way. Eating low fat diet and through exercise. HE found that by if you eat most of the calories that come from fat like bacon will help people lose weight due to the body that turns into a state where it burns its own fat. Keep in mind, Mr. Petersen wasn’t fat, but coudn’t lose weight and started getting frustrated.

After researching different diets, he came to believe that rather than being a simple matter of calories eaten versus energy expelled, the hormone insulin affects weight loss. When a person eats carbohydrates, they break down into glucose in the blood.

The pancreas secretes insulin it helps clear away the glucose from the blood and turns them into cells, which is used as energy.

However, insulin causes calories to be stored as body fat, and stops people using their own body fat as fuel. If you take out any carbohydrates and all your intake is calories from fat, then that lowers insulin levels which turns into weight gain.

2. Drink coffee with Fat (for breakfast)

3. Eat loads of Fruits

4. Fast but eat Bacon

5. Eat Dark Bitter Vegatables

6. No egg white omelette or potatoes

7. Eat Coconuts

8. Eat Greek yoghurt

9. You CAN drink alcohol (Whiskey, gin, rum, tequila, Scotch, vodka)
10. Don’t jog
Short, intense exercise that makes your muscles burn and makes you gasp for more air to supply the burning muscles with oxygen.
